We played a crucial role in the event’s success by managing the venue and operations, and Moving Venue providing the catering. The event featured a Creative Park Expo with sponsor stands and Adobe activations, a keynote session by Louis Theroux, and multiple afternoon breakout sessions. Online engagement was significant, with 11.7k video views on the Adobe.com MAX London event site.
The day’s menu included pastries on arrival, a healthy buffet for lunch, afternoon cakes and cookies, and an evening reception with canapés and bar service. Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the event as a fantastic opportunity to network and deepen their knowledge of Adobe. This positive reception underscores the event’s success and effective collaboration between Adobe and Smart Group.
