The Curtains Have Closed on Awards Season

It's been an extremely busy few months at Evolution London. Take a look at some of the amazing events we have hosted and what's come to for the rest of the year.

A round up of a busy few months at Evolution London...

September, October and November are typically known within the industry as “Awards Season” and what a season it was. BUT we aren’t just one trick ponies here at Evolution London, we have so many more strings to our bow!

Take a look at a snippet of the amazing events we have hosted over the past 3 months;

AV Awards

On Friday 5 November, the great and the good of the industry headed to Battersea Park to come together for the first time in 2 years to celebrate and award some of the best projects and people within the industry.

From integrators and consultants working on both global and local projects, through to AV and IT end-users from all markets. The guest list also features some of the most creative and experiential digital agencies along with event, production and rental companies of the highest calibre.

The awards ceremony was hosted by Russell Kane, and saw performances from the likes of Chrissy Bray. It was a star studded night to remember!

Affordable Art Fair

The very first edition of the Affordable Art Fair took place in London’s Battersea Park in October 1999. Ten thousand art lovers descended upon the fair to browse and buy thousands of original contemporary paintings, sculptures, photographs and prints in a relaxed and friendly environment, all priced between £50 and £7,500. And they’ve been coming back ever since!

During the four days, the venue is filled with artist performances, innovative talks and tours, hands-on workshops, kid’s activities, live music and irresistible restaurants and bars. This year, the exhibition even saw some celebrity faces including the one and only David Beckham!

Battersea Fireworks Bierkeller

For a second time, we played host to the official Battersea Fireworks after party where the venue was transformed into the ultimate Bierkeller. Some might even say you’d only find something as authentic in the depths of Munich during Oktoberfest. We welcomed over 3,000 revellers through the door to continue the party and enjoy some exciting entertainment all washed down with plenty of steins of beer. Prost!

As we head into the Christmas season, Evolution London has been transformed into a winter wonderland, and has been decked out with incredible Après theming. We will welcome over 9,000 people to enjoy the festivities and the sensational entertainment which includes acrobats, dancers and live music.
