In February, the TPi Awards 2026 returned to Evolution London to celebrate its 25th anniversary, bringing together 1,962 guests from across the global live touring, production and entertainment industry for its biggest edition to date.
For a milestone year, the brief was clear. This had to feel bigger than ever before.
A Silver Anniversary Designed to Reflect the Industry
This year’s creative centred around a disco ball-inspired concept, built on the idea of reflection.
Reflection of the industry. Reflection of 25 years. Reflection of the people who make live events happen.
The theme transformed Evolution London into a glittering, immersive environment layered with mirrorballs, reflective surfaces, silver textures and vast LED installations. Guests entered through mirrored walkways before moving into a dramatic dining and show space designed entirely around atmosphere, movement and light.
Speaking to TPi Magazine, Commercial Director Fran Begaj explained the thinking behind the concept:
“Going from the silver theme, Charlie made the connection between the mirrors on disco balls representing reflection, and with that in mind, we thought, what better theme than a disco ball extravaganza for our 25th year?”
The result was bold, theatrical and unapologetically celebratory, exactly what the occasion demanded.

As the ceremony progressed, the atmosphere shifted again, evolving from elegant gala dinner into high-energy industry celebration.
