As the evenings draw in and the light shifts to gold, our spaces feel warmer, cozier, and more intimate – the perfect backdrop for gatherings that celebrate the season. This year, our culinary partners have captured that feeling beautifully in their brand-new Autumn/Winter ’25 menu, a collection that embraces the rich colours, comforting flavours, and quiet elegance of the colder months.
