This Christmas, Battersea Power Station in London is hosting Glide, a festive ice‑skating experience along the riverside. Open from 7 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, it features a 200‑metre skate trail, a towering 30ft Christmas tree, and sparkling holiday decorations throughout the site. Visitors can enjoy skating with the iconic building and Thames as a backdrop, explore festive markets, shop at over 150 stores, and relax at The Glass House bar and lounge. With photogenic spots, festive treats, and a magical winter atmosphere, Glide at Battersea offers a memorable holiday outing for families, friends, and couples alike.

Your Tree – Apple Projections

Get into the festive spirit at Battersea Power Station with Apple’s exciting Your Tree Apple Projections. This creative event invites everyone aged four and above to design their own Christmas tree on an iPad using the provided easy template. The winning designs will be projected onto the iconic chimneys and wash towers for all to see. It’s a fun and free way to get involved in the local celebrations and spread some Christmas cheer. Entries close on 23 November 2025, with winners announced on 4 December at 5pm.

Winter Nights at Battersea Park Children’s Zoo

Experience the magic of the season at Winter Nights at Battersea Park Children’s Zoo! On selected evenings this December (6th, 12th, 13th, 20th & 21st), from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, the zoo transforms into a twinkling wonderland where visitors can explore after dark by lantern light. Enjoy festive keeper talks, meet and feed some of the animals, and soak up the atmosphere with Christmas carols and live performances under the stars. Santa & his elves abseiling

Get ready for a spectacular festive kick-off at Battersea Power Station! On Sunday, 30 November from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm, join Santa and his team of mischievous elves for a high-energy afternoon of music, dancing and audience fun. It all begins with an Elf Dance Party at noon, followed by the dramatic Santa & Elf abseil down the Power Station at 12:30 pm, and ends with a family-friendly dance performance at about 12:50 pm. The abseil is weather-permitting, so come ready for fun, whatever the skies decide.
