As the seasons begin to shift and longer days return, we’re excited to unveil Moving Venue’s brand new Spring/Summer 2025 menus. As our in-house caterers, they continue to raise the bar with their fresh, creative and sustainable approach to food. Whether it’s a conference, awards ceremony or summer party, these new menus are bursting with dishes designed to impress. Keep reading to discover the new dishes which will make your next event one to remember!

Canapés

Team MV have once again created a delightful selection of hot and cold canapés, packing personality and punch. The courgette cannelloni, cashew curd, multigrain croute, smoked vinegar gel (vg) is a beautifully balanced bite – vibrant, creamy, and full of finesse. The vegan coconut cauliflower curry pani puri adds a playful twist with its vibrant spices and crunch, while the Five Spice Duck Roll stands out for its rich depth and perfectly crisp finish. These may be small bites, but they are guaranteed to make a lasting impression.

Starters

The starters on this season’s menu are all about bold flavour and elegant presentation. Some of our favourite picks include The Chalkstream® Trout Gazpacho – light and zesty with charred hispi cabbage and a touch of whipped wasabi. Making a welcome return, the much-loved Crab Risotto Bowl is now reimagined as a starter, offering comforting depth alongside crisp crab toast and keta caviar. And the Broccoli Coral, with its striking presentation and layers of flavour, proves that plant-based can be just as exciting as anything else on the menu.

Main Courses

Whether you’re in the mood for something indulgent or light, this season’s main courses have it all. The Cornish Lamb Rump is a true standout – rich, succulent, and complemented by sticky lamb belly, BBQ peas, and pistachio cream. The Persillade Crumb Chicken Breast, served with romesco sauce, artichoke, black garlic emulsion, baby new potatoes, and spring onion, is a vibrant, well-rounded dish that delivers both comfort and finesse. Making its debut on the menu, BBQ tempeh with sunflower satay sauce and fermented chilli oil brings bold, vibrant flavours, as our chefs explore new forms of vegan protein to expand the plant-based offering. With so much on offer, each dish is a true celebration of creativity and flavour.

Desserts

Moving Venue’s desserts are the perfect sweet ending to any meal, featuring a range of indulgent and creative treats. There’s the light and fruity Vanilla Panna Cotta with English strawberries, the rich and nutty Walnut and Bergamot Tart, and the indulgent Chocolate Cremeux with soy caramel and pistachio. The Carrot Cake, with cream cheese mousse, carrot orange jelly, and candied ginger, brings a nostalgic favourite up to date, while the zesty Lemon Tart offers a bright, refreshing finish.

Sustainability sits at the heart of everything Moving Venue does, and their new Monthly Menu initiative is a brilliant expression of that ethos.
