PRODUCTION SPECIFICATION

It isn’t just the flexibility of the venue that makes visitors feel that Evolution London is one of the best large venues in London, but the unrivalled standard of technology available at the venue too. We have selected Encore Global as our exclusive AV and technical partner; creative production experts.

Previously known as Hawthorn, they have worked in Evolution London for over 10 years and have invested in our newest structure by installing a vast amount of technical infrastructure. We are able to offer an impressive specification of technical features to each client as a standard part of their hire agreement. If a client wishes to bring in their own AV company, they will need to pay Encore a buy-out fee, outlined below:

Rig or De-Rig Days 1-4: £3,750 ex VAT per day
Event Day: £7,500 ex VAT per day

EVOLUTION LONDON CONNECTIVITY

In our quest to remain the go-to event space in London, we know how important it is to move with the times and offer the most modernised and innovative experience for all our guests. Evolution London work in partnership with Etherlive to offer up to 10Mbps of complimentary Wi-Fi to all event organisers; this will allow up to 30 users to browse the web or work on emails at any one time. To use our dedicated wireless network upon your arrival, please contact the account manager handling your event who will provide you with the required password.
